To begin creating your waterfront listings, you must first create an account, then once you have confrimed your details through email, you will then upgrade to the Flat Fee Package.
With the purchase of a Package, multiple listings can be posted online for potential buyers to browse.
Optionally, the lister's address, photo, and phone numbers is made visible in the directory. Before the package expires a notification is sent requesting renewal.
